The staff were very friendly and the check-in process was very smooth. The hotel room exceeded my expectations, it was up to -6 degrees C outside but our room was so warm we forgot how cold it was outside. The bed was massive and the room was also so big, we were so comfortable, it had been so long since I got a good nights sleep. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was really clean and even had a bidet which is very important to me. The shower was so comfortable and as part of the service we were given fresh towels daily which was so convenient and made life easier for us. The location was very central and every touristic spot we wanted to go to was a maximum of 25 minutes away from the hotel, there were many transport links we used to travel only a 3-4 minute walk from the hotel. If it wasn't so cold we would've walked everywhere as everything was nearby.

it was a really nicely designed hotel, big bed with clean linen and very stylishly decorated in this vintage style, the location was pretty convenient although the area does get busy with all sorts of people at night. the bathroom and the floor in the room were badly cleaned but the bed sheets and towels were very fresh and clean. the room got tidied every day however the floors could have been cleaned a bit more. the heating worked excellently, it was always very nice and warm in the room, it was quiet and the bed was very very comfortable. overall great stay. if staff were a bit more friendly and interested in the guests, it would have been perfect.

I have stayed at the Tivoli before, liked my choice and happy to stay again. If you want to stay in Prague 2, as opposed to Prague 1, it is a really good choice, very close to the I.P. Pavlova metro station. Very comfortable hotel with a good room. Very helpful receptionist who directed me to a shop to replace something I had damaged. Some good restaurants nearby, cheaper than Prague 1. Good links to main station and main bus station. You get an atmospheric view of Prague streetscapes just be walking out of the door. A good choice and would stay again.

Staff went above and beyond to anticipate my needs as a guest staying 4 nights and placed me in 507 which was back of the house facing a courtyard with no street noise. They also confirmed WiFi would not be a problem since the router was on the top floor. I could not have been more pleased plus the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in since moving to Europe three months ago. Prime location with plenty of nearby places to eat, walkable to main attractions and the central train station with airport express bus.

Loved the bathroom you can make a spa day in your bathroom, its quite good. Comfy bed but i hated my tv, it only had 3 channels and they were quite boring so bad service in only that thing. Big window with good curtains, good clean service, the girls are good girls 👀👍 but they clean the room aprox 2pm. Good recepcionists, some of them speak spanish :)! They didny give me any soap when l had only a small piece available :/. Big and clean towels, 👀👍! The key room is not a card, is a key.
